HLM series characteristic

SGS Test Report
Fabric used: 50d/72f woven fabric
- To test the light fastness of the minimum concentration of this group of dyes by AATCC 16E 40HR series.
- To test the light fastness grade of the combination formulas.
- The results show that when HLM is used at a concentration of 0.25% at 0.347 d.p.f., the test result of sunlight 40HR is Grade 4.
Compatibility performance of HLM series
- Excellent dye stability for improving reproducibility.
- Combined dyes are combined according to their characteristics, and the dyeing temperature point is adjusted to achieve synchronous coloring.
- The picture shows the comparison of the compatibility of some traditional better sunlight fastness dyes’ combination, and the slope of HLM curve is better.
pH dependence test
- As shown in the picture, the HLM series has no difference in shade when the pH of the dyeing bath is 4~8.
- Compared with traditional UN-SE series.
- When using in a complete set, the dyeing pH is less affected by the volatilization of acetic acid at the high temperature, or the variables of the dyeing bath residue of residual alkali.
