PLUS Series characteristic
- Medium shade three primary colors combination, the shade is developed according to the traditional color matching habits.
- The combined formula is highly compatible, with good synchronous coloring, suitable for dyeing sensitive colors, such as khaki, coffee, gray, etc.
- The pH stability is high, and the variable of the pH value variation in the dyeing bath can be eliminated when used.
- Compared with the traditional UN-SE series, PLUS has a higher single dye concentration.
Temperature dependence test (Step Dying)
- In a quantitative way, the dyeing rate of this set of dyes was recorded at different dyeing temperatures.
- As shown in the picture, the slope of this set of dyes is similar, and the coloring point is the same, which is beneficial to the dyeing factory to control the on-site reproducibility.
- Due to the division of components, the synchronous coloring series has higher color concentration than the traditional UN-SE series, and the formulation cost is better.

pH dependence test
- As shown in the picture, the PLUS series has no difference in shade when the pH of the dyeing bath is 4~8.
- When using in a complete set, the dyeing pH is less affected by the volatilization of acetic acid at the high temperature, or the variables of the dyeing bath residue of residual alkali.
