Zenix AC-E Series
Zenix Yellow AC-E
Zenix Red AC-E
Zenix Blue AC-E
Features
- Excellent compatibility among these trichromatic colors one another.
- Excellent in levelling property and reproducing effect.
- Suitable for “Rapid dying” oweing to their low initial absorption temperature and their higher absorption speed.
- Good compatibility with various kinds of dispersing and leveling agents.
Combination Compatibility Comparison
- The temperature dependence comparison between AC-E series and traditional three primary pale colors C.I. Disperse Yellow 54, C.I. Disperse Red 60, C.I. Disperse Blue 56 is shown in the picture.
- The dependence of the traditional dyes’ combination heating curve is slightly poor, and the slope of the curve using the AC-E series is similar, which can greatly reduce the influence of batch-to-batch variation during dyeing and improve the overall reproducibility.
Zenith chemical three primary pale colors: AC-E series has the following characteristics
- Excellent level dyeing.
- Excellent combination compatibility.
- Excellent light fastness (20HR/40HR d.p.f.=1).
- Suitable for Microfibers.
Dispersion test comparison
- According to the characteristics of dyes, dyes are coated by different types of dispersants, it is to confirm that the dye can have good dispersibility at low temperature (71°C), medium temperature (115°C), and high temperature (130°C).
- The picture shows the dispersibility test comparison between Zenith Chemical AC-E series and competing products.
- Testing method: 2g/200cc bath, suction at 450mmHg atmospheric pressure, evaluate the time for dye to penetrate 5A, 5B test papers.
