Disperse Dyes

Zenix Red CBN-SF (Red 356 Deep Dyeing Ver.)
Deep Dyeing Red 356 Residual lower high washing fastness

Deep Dyeing Disperse Red 356 (Red CBN-SF)

  • High Washing Fastness.
  • High Density (Build-up).
  • Residual amount of dye is less.
  • No light source difference compares with the traditional Red 356.
  • The traditional Red 356 has almost no lifting power when used up to 3%~4%, and the Deep Dyeing specification can continue to dye.
  • Due to the advantages of concentrated dyeing, the chromaticity of the residual liquid also shows obvious differences. This specification is helpful for the treatment of dyeing factory wastewater. It can reduce the potential cost of operation and management.

High Density (Build-up)

  • Set the dye concentration to 120%, which is the standard strength.
  • Same as the traditional Red 356, it is recommended to use an initial concentration of more than 1%.
  • As shown in the picture, when the concentration reaches 2%, the Deep Dyeing specification has obvious residual.
  • Comparing the coloring curves of the DD specification and the traditional Red 356 at the same concentration, when using at 4%, the concentrated dyeing property is increased by 38.5%, which can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional Red 356, lack of improvement at high concentrations.
  • Strong dyeing ability can also reduce the total formula cost.
